You’ve just sat down for a job interview over dinner: What should you say to break the ice? And just how should you eat that bread in front of you?

In this podcast, we speak with Laura Kestner, who leads an etiquette dinner each spring in her role as director of the Career Services Center at Marquette University. Kestner says good dining etiquette is all about making others feel comfortable, rather than drawing attention to your poor eating habits. And this extends beyond the interview to any business meeting that involves food.

So, don’t be sloppy: Listen up to make sure you’re minding your manners at your next business meal.
